Tools for Belief Change Work

As I complete the new book "Choose To Believe", I have been looking around to see if there are any tools to help a reader to change what they believe easily and quickly.  This is partly to verify if I've missed anything in the book itself, and also to offer the reader a "next step" to follow after reading the book.

Based on my own beliefs, and scientific research into the subject, it appears that hypnotic recordings could be an excellent tool to work with.  I've used these myself several times during my life, and while the commercially available recordings were never quite right, I think the main problem they had was that they did not address all of the relavant beliefs involved for any particular goal.

They focused on Surface Beliefs, and did not address the deeper, more powerful beliefs.

Of course, it may also have been a case where I did not believe that the commercial recordings, which were intended for a wide audience, could be truly effective for me as an individual.

Now I understand that the first belief to change is my belief in the process being used to create change in my life.  Maybe if I had believed in the commercial recordings, they would have worked.

Either way, I think I've found a tool that can help a great number of people, and one that I can use to create recordings that more closely match what I've learned in this area.

The tool is a software program called "Neuro-Programmer 2", and combines multiple technologies to dynamically create 'sessions' in which the listener's brainwaves are entrained to a meditative/hypnotic level and suggestions can be delivered directly to the listener's subconscious mind.

The software was written to run on Windows computers, but users have reported using it on Macs and under Linux using special compatibility software, such as "Virtual PC" (for Mac) and WINE (for Linux).

I have a Windows XP laptop that I'm running the software on, and when I get to it, I'll try it out on my Linux desktop.

So far, I'm very impressed by this software.  Not only do you get 125 built-in sessions that you can customize with background music or other sounds, but with the Pro version (only $15 more) you can create your own custom sessions.

There are sessions to help you meditate, sessions to help correct conditions such as ADD/ADHD, addictions, depression, Fibromyalgia, and more, sessions to eliminate anxiety, sessions to speed up the healing process, and a lot more than I can list here.

What has really amazed me is the amount of scientific research that can be found on the company's website.  This proves that they really know their stuff, and are dedicated to providing the best tools available.

Over the years, I've also noticed that companies with something to hide will hide thier support forums, and good companies will make their support forums publicly available.  This company maintain's its support forums where the general public may read them, thus giving further proof that not only is the software of high quality, but so is the service.  The creators of the program are actively involved in the forums and go way above and beyond the call of duty to provide their users with top-notch service.

Because of all of these factors, I am purchasing a commercial license so I can use the software to create CDs to offer to my readers to further their objectives to condition their beliefs to support their goals.

I'm also recommending this software to anyone who would like to experiment with the technology.  A "home version" is available for only $45, and the "Pro version" which allows you to create your own sessions is just $15 more.
