A detailed description of the process that led to the problem, including every click, every system response (including error messages), and if a page fails to load, how long you waited for it.
The reason for this is because I test every link and every set of access codes before I add them to the system. I've found that on my Linux system (using Firefox) that I have to enter the access codes twice, but after the second time, everything works from there.
